You're paying us for developing the Chatbot for your business with advanced marketing strategy planned especially for you by our Messenger Marketing Experts. Also, we'll maintain everything related to the Chatbots, we'll change our Chatbot strategies based on the actions of your customers. We'll keep an eye on the customer experience with the Chatbot and will update wherever needed. That's why you pay us.

Not at all. You're not locked into any contract. But the setup charge of the chatbot & paid monthly service charge are non-refundable.

No. If we follow the rules of Facebook, we'll not face any problems. And you don't have to worry about following rules. We will take care of that.

Only the One-Time package which contains no monthly support, will give you the ownership of the codes/design of the Chatbot. Else, the chatbot design ownership remains to us. Meaning that, if you discontinue the service, we will have the chatbot design with us. However, you can pay an extra amount equivalent to the One-Time package only to have the chatbot design ownership. But you're not allowed to resell by modifying or not modifying the chatbot structure/design. We'll take legal actions if we found any such activity. Even after having the ownership, you may have restrictions over some parts of the chatbot design. And trackers maybe connected with the design to track down misuse & disable them.
